Who Are We?

Important Information

The Bogus Basin Ski & Snowboard School database is only set up for participants who are taking lessons. Historically we were able to also provide Slope Access Passes to parents who were not registered in lessons. That option is not available to us any longer. Everyone who is registered is registered for lessons - including parents.

Rental Policy Change!

Rentals are no longer "all day." Please click on "New (2010) Rental Policy (above) for details.

Bring the whole family!

Jim & Lynn Adams, in partnership with the Bogus Basin Ski School, started this family-oriented lesson program in 1992. Their aim was to provide an affordable means for home school families to enjoy time together at Bogus Basin (Boise, Idaho).

Our program is for the entire home school family.

Please ignore the statement on the Individual Registration Form that says "This program is not designed for adults or young children."

Home school students and their family members from 7 years of age through grandparents may participate in the Alpine Ski, Snowboard or Nordic Ski Group Lesson Programs. Lessons are available from Beginner through Advanced. All participants receive a Full Day Slope Access Pass (good from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) Note: Black Diamond rentals are not available for that same period. Please see "New (2010) Rental Policy" link above.
