New (2010): Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and Refunds are the “headache” of the Home School Ski & Snowboard program, so we do appreciate your thoughtful cooperation.

The best way to cancel is via email.


Important Information about refunds!

This information is provisional. We reserve the right to change our policy if the ski school changes their policy. If there is a change, we will make that change on this page before it goes into effect. Please check back for updates. 

This is the Refund Policy as of October 24, 2009:

• Cancellations received eight days before the ski day will receive a full refund. 

• Beginning the Friday before the ski day, your refund will be reduced by $5.00 per person for each ski day missed.

There are two steps needed to cancel: 

1. Send us an email. Use the links in the sidebar on this page. (Alternatively, you may call us. See phone numbers below.) When you contact us, list the name(s) of those canceling and the date(s) they will miss.

2. Send us a Self-Addressed Stamp Envelope (SASE). Use the mailing address provided in the sidebar on this page.

Any refunds due you will be given at the end of the Session.

Important: NO SUBSTITUTIONS!

Registrations are processed via the ski school database. Therefore, if you or a family member cannot make it on a ski day, your only option is to cancel. No one else can “take your place.” We are not able to accept non-registered participants on the mountain. Please don't ask.
