Important Information about refunds!
This information is provisional. We reserve the right to change our policy if the service providers change their policy. If there is a change, we will make that change on this page before it goes into effect. Please check back for updates.
Brundage offers no refunds after March 1st.
We can give full refunds for cancellations at Brundage up until last day of Feb. - the 29th (leap year day!). If there are emergency circumstances we will attempt to work with Brundage for refunds. This is, however, out of our control. We cannot promise anything.
There are two steps needed to cancel:
1. Send us an email. Use link in #1 in the sidebar on this page. (Alternatively, you may call us. See phone number below.) When you contact us, list the name(s) of those canceling and the date(s) they will miss.
2. Send us a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE). Use the mailing address provided in the sidebar on this page.
Important: NO SUBSTITUTIONS!
Registrations are processed via the service providers' databases. Therefore, if you or a family member cannot make it on a program day, your only option is to cancel. No one else can “take your place.” We are not able to accept non-registered participants on the mountain. Please don't ask.
